We send you a reminder each year when the check is due, then contact your tenants directly to book the appointment. You get the certificate without the back-and-forth.

How often do I need a gas safety check?
Every 12 months. Landlords must also give a copy of the certificate to existing tenants within 28 days of the check.
Will you deal with my tenants?
Yes. We contact them directly to arrange the appointment, so you don't have to.
